Below you can find my terms of service. To commission me you have to read and agree to it beforehand. Prices and exmaples can be found in the menu on top. For specific questions send me an email and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that I do only work with people that legally can give consent. I am only working with people above the age of 18.

General information
The prices are base prices. They highly depend on complexity. For multiple arms or wings I will charge an extra fee. If you plan on commissioning me for sketches, illustrations and reference sheets, you need to have at least a coloured picture of your character, where I can pick the colours from easily. Please provide every information in the discussion and sketch stage. I won’t edit work for free if you have forgotten to add details in the beginning.
Complexity fee: from +10€ up to +40€
Fee for changes after the piece is finished: 5€ -10€ for each edit. Only smaller things can be edited. The pose for example will never get redrawn at this stage.
I will offer more commission types occasionally via Journals or Twitter.

First steps
I am open for commissions most of the time, except when I announce a hiatus.
If you contact me to talk about the commission, please make sure to give me every little bit of information about the character, scene, pose, or anything else you deem important, as mentioned above. If you have a certain pose or concept in mind, please explain as precisely as possible or show references. That also counts for backgrounds. If you want a forest, make sure to tell me what should be depicted.
You also can give me the freedom of choosing a pose and fitting background for you, if you like. As for couple pictures, please explain their relationship briefly and tell me how they should react towards one another.
Please note that I do draw copyrighted characters only for personal, not for commercial use (such as prints). If you want someone else’s character in your picture, I need their written consent, that you are allowed to use them. If you want to share a commission with someone, I need you both to place a payment, or have written prove that one party pays for both. Refunds in this case will only be sent to the paying party, no matter of internal affairs.

Payment
Payment is only via paypal. The payment has to be sent as 'Goods & Services'. The fee is included in my prices, the commissioner has no extra fees to carry. The prices are all in € (Euro). I currently do not accept other currencies, except stated otherwise. Paypal automatically converts currencies when payment is sent.
The first half of the price has to be payed up front. Second half is expected after the sketch is provided and the customer approved it. I wont start drawing until at least half the payment is on my paypal account. If the commissioner wishes to pay the whole amount up front, that is doable. Payment plans are discussable for prices of 150€ and above.

Progress
Once payment arrived and the details of the commission are discussed, I will start working. I work in order. Progress can be found on my social media pages and trello. 'Wips' (Work in progress pictures) will be send to you once some progress can be shown.
If there shouldn't be any progress within a week, feel free to send me a message and ask for progress. Usually I will send at least one to two 'Wips' a week, except when I announce that I have to take a few days off.
I will edit and change the commission multiple times if the mistake lay with me. For edits after the work is completed I will charge an extra fee, look above. The average completion time lies within one week for smaller works and up to three weeks for illustrations. I will message you if any delays happen.
I will correct mistakes I make free of charge. I will not do continuous changes even at sketch stage. After the sketch is approved, I will only change small things at max. If the drawing is complete, I will not change things without a fee.
If there shouldn't be any progress within a week, feel free to send me a message and ask for progress. Usually I will send at least one to two 'Wips' a week, except when I announce that I have to take a few days off.

Cancelation & Refund
I may turn down a commission request with no reason given. Some topics are not on the list that I will draw, see below for my Dos & Donts. You can ask about whether your idea is okay, if you’re not sure if it fits into a category.

If you want to cancel the commission, you will get the rest of your payment, minus compensation for the work already completed. If the commission is halfway done, you will get 50% of the full amount and the unfinished piece of work. I always save the money until the transaction is completed, so I can always refund when necessary. Please be open about that to avoid unnecessary conflict.

Repost & Edits
I hold the right to the publish the piece. The rights to the artwork belong to me. I will post my work to my galleries. If you don’t want this, ill charge 50€ for not publishing it.
You will get a high resolution, non watermarked picture from me, as well as a watermarked, smaller version, which you can upload to your galleries . Usually the high res. is around 3000 x 2000 px. You, as the commissioner, are allowed to repost your commission where ever you want, if you credit me as the artist. You can use the artwork for personal use only.
This does not include advertising rights or distribution. If you would like to use one of my artworks for commercial use, i’ll charge ten times the amount you paid for it to hand over the rights to the picture. (aka. you paid 80$, then the rights for it would be 80$ x 10= 800$ extra.) Mascots fall under a different case and have to be discussed separately.
Please don’t edit or alter the picture without my consent, respect the copyright law. If there is a change you want to make, please ask me about it and I might change it for free or charge a little fee, depending on the work.
I usually save all my files, so if you accidently lost yours, I can send them to you again within 6 months of completion.

Adoptables & Designs
References can be used as inspiration for design commissions. Though I do not make copies of existing characters, neither copyrighted, nor private. If you want a similar design to someone else's, you need written permission to use that character as reference.
I will transfer the rights of the design to the buyer, when a design is bought from me. The design is fully yours. It can be edited, altered and used in every way possible except for making it a commercial mascot. This does not contain the art itself, only the interlectual property for the design. The rights on the picture itself stay with me.
You are allowed to resell adoptables for the same price you bought it for. I appreciate getting notified of sells.
You may not make copies of my designs as other species and sell them separately from the original design. For example: I design a rainbow cat for you and later you decide you'd prefer the character to be a dragon. You commission another artist to redraw the design as a dragon with all of the same markings, color placement, etc. You may not sell my original design separately from the newly designed dragon: if you decide to sell the character, both designs must be sold together. Failure to follow this rule will result in you being blacklisted from purchasing my designs/commissioning me in the future.
